It was great value for the money. The guy at the reception was very helpful, he even made phone calls for us. The hotel is about fifteen minutes walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere buy metro and it was the same station to Versailles so it was very handy. The room was cleaned and tidy up every day. Cant say anything bad, highly recommended.

The hotel was attractive with plenty of comfy rooms. The venue was in a marvelous location, near a nice park. It was also just next door to several stations, public transport, and a metro line.

We accidentally left several baby items and a DVD player when we left in a rush the next day. They were still there when we went back 2 days later.

We were told there was on-site parking, there was not. We reserved 2 baby cots for a 2 mth old and a 17 mth old two months in advance. We were given 1 cot and told someone else came that needed the other cot. So 2 adults and a baby slept on a double bed. Not good. No one got Elevator was broken, Light bulbs missing in triple room bathroom. Sink plunger was broken and had to come out to drain the sink. Disgusting. Charged us for 3 people in triple room, there were only 2. No sheets for pull out chair. We had booked 3 nights and left after 1. This was the worst experience I have had with a hotel in any country.

In site there are mention that hotel is located near of Triumph Arc but it is not so....

Perfect location for exploring Paris. Helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. - Really nice restaurants available onsite.

The staff was very honest and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others if they are travelling as a couple. Four people in these rooms was too much. No room to move around, but in the end it served our needs.

Friendly and helpful staff. You could easily pay an extra £150 for a hotel with similar facilities. The most important part of the hotel, the rooms, were simple but comfortable, with bath and shower, and nice decor.

The hotel provided a really good stay during my holiday. It was incredibly comfortable and cool with a double bed. - the location was convenient, close to various attractions in Paris, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff is quite friendly.

Although Booked.net mentioned there are parking space in the hotel, there are no paking in the hotel. I had to walk 5 minutes from nearest parking. The paking fee is 40euro/day. Although Booked.net mentioned free WiFi in the hotel, I couldn't connect Wifi in the room 401. It is just connected at the lobby.

The front desk people were friendly and nice. The hotel has a lounge and a wifi-ready computer set.

The room is small but tidy. the hotel is too far away from the stated underground station. We managed to figure out another which is much nearer.

The rooms were cozy, the staff was friendly and competent, and the location was peaceful with a nearby bus station.

What a VERY GOOD stay, no complaints whatsoever. The venue is reasonably spacious and perfectly clean with an excellant value and really helpful and competent stuff. A lot of food available in the restaurant. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Basic hotel, with some good features for a reasonable price. Nice breakfast room.

Breakfast service was inadequate (1st day, no juice, then no coffee; 2nd day no juice, then no bread and no coffee...) Rooms need better lighting.
